Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Final sale items

• Perishable or hygiene products

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
