1. How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the product you ordered.

2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order anytime on our Tracking page.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing.

4. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted under certain conditions. The product must be unused and in original packaging.
